The GE IS420YDIAS1B is a Discrete Contact I/O Module part of the Mark VIeS Series, integral to GE’s Distributed Control Systems. It acts as an electrical interface between 1–2 I/O Ethernet networks and discrete input terminal boards, featuring a shared processor board and a dedicated discrete input acquisition board.
Supporting up to 24 contact inputs and terminal board feedback signals, it operates across three voltage levels, with inputs routed via a DC-37 pin connector. Equipped with dual RJ-45 Ethernet ports for communication and a 3-pin power input, it delivers reliable discrete signal handling for industrial control applications.
